Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Most orders ship within 4–8 business days. Individual product pages show a per-item estimate when it's different.

Domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment. Tracking is emailed as soon as a label prints.

Free standard shipping on orders over $50. Under $50, shipping is calculated at checkout by weight and destination.

We currently ship to the contiguous United States. For AK, HI, or international, email us before ordering.

30-day returns on unused items in original condition and packaging. Start a return by emailing support@mybuildingstore.com with your order number.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the item arriving back at the workshop.

Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived damaged or defective — in that case, we cover it and send a prepaid label.

Photograph the damage and email us within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace or refund, your call.
